Abdullahi Maruff Adisa, commonly known as Trinity Guy, has been sentenced to remain in prison by the Oyo State Magistrate Court in Iyaganku, Ibadan, till August 31.
According to JAM IT ENT, the Oyo State police command summoned the Trinity Guy in June following his viral prank video with a youngster.
He was then arraigned with the girl’s parents, Isiaka Ahmed and Rofiat, on two counts of conspiracy, sexual abuse, and exploitation.
During the June 26 court session, Magistrate PO Adetuyibi ordered the skit maker and the parents of the small girl in the hoax video to be held until July 11.
During the second hearing on Tuesday, the Magistrate prolonged Trinity’s and the child’s remand in the Agodi prison.
He postponed the matter until August 31 for additional proceedings.
